London- After another weekend of compelling action in the Barclays Premier League it is just goal difference that seperates Manchester City and Arsenal from each other atop the log. Reports Piet Lategan.
City and Arsenal finished the weekend with 25 points after 11 games on the log after City won against Norwich City with 2-1 and Arsenal did the same against Swansea City with 3-0. City however, have a goal difference of 17 to the 13 of Arsenal which sees them top the log.
Leicester City stormed into the top-four after a victory of 3-2 over West Bromwich Albion and they are now on 24 points while Manchester United remain in fourth with 21 points after 11 games after playing out to their third consecutive goalless draw against Crystal Palace on Saturday. Worrying signs indeed for manager, Louis van Gaal.
